JAA Committee on Aging Issues

JAA Committee on Aging Issues

The Committee started as a collaborative of several organizations and the Office of the Consulate General of Japan to improve the social welfare of our seniors through research and information sharing regarding the issues important to our aging population. The topics include wellness, senior housing, immigration, insurance and legal issues.

We provide bilingual lectures and regular private appointments with volunteer lawyers, doctors, and other experts. Each year, this Committee also coordinates and hosts the Spring and Autumn Health Fairs.
